To place an order for "On the Savior's Shoulders please do the following:

1. fill out and submit the form on the right and in the Message box indicate the child's name and background color you would like for the picture.

2. If you would like to ship this book to another address other than that associated with your payment, please provide the name and address in the message box with a note for me stating this.

3. Send a clear face front picture of the child (ages 3-6) to :

please note that skin tone in the picture will be matched to child's face skin tone as close as possible.

4. Click SUBMIT on the bottom of the form and complete your payment from there as directed.
